Meet Lilia! She aims to enhance both physical and mental wellbeing through flexibility, balance, and strength. Expect an inspiring environment in her Vinyasa Yin Fusion class on Mondays, 6:30-7:30pm. It's a challenging yet fulfilling session comprising meditation, sun salutations, poses, and breathwork. All levels welcome, with modifications and props provided.

Meet Edie! Edie is a yoga teacher, witch, adventurer, actor, writer, belly dancer, and dog mom. With a background in Tae Kwon Do and belly dancing, she's now passionate about Vinyasa Yoga, specializing in restorative poses to promote mindfulness in a fast-paced world. Join her for a Vinyasa Restore Fusion class at Tyler’s Gym to experience heat, improved circulation, and patience through asana practice.

Meet Olivia! Originally from Washington, Missouri, she's brought her passion for yoga to sunny LA since January 2024. After training in Zürich, Switzerland, and deepening her understanding in Rishikesh, India, Olivia shares the wisdom of inner peace through yoga. Rooted in Hatha Vinyasa, her classes offer a seamless flow of profound postures. Join us for a journey of balance, strength, and revitalization for body and mind!
