August marked the beginning of our 8th year in business. However, more important than the years in operation is the experience you gain when you join the community at Tyler’s Gym.

Tyler began teaching in Burbank when he was just 19 years old. Now, at 38, he has nearly two decades under his belt. He’s spent this time working with individuals from various walks of life, teaching them movement and coaching them through lifestyle changes. In most cases, when gym owners in Burbank were introduced to CrossFit, it was Tyler they met with during their initial sessions.

If you were to combine the total teaching time of all the instructors in Burbank, it still wouldn’t surpass the amount of experience Tyler has personally accumulated on the gym floor.
