Tyler’s Gym Memberships

Our group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day. Each day is different, focusing on helping you to meet your goals. All our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts!

We will modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate movement to replace it. Ready to take your lifts to the next level? Group classes are great for that too! Our classes allows for the customization you need!

Level Method CrossFit

Level Method CrossFit is where fitness is earned.  The load and rigor of the workout of day (WODS) are adjusted to the individual, so that everyone, can work at an optimal effort level.  Stay-at-home moms, MMA fighters, animators, and police officers all do the same workout, with the same relative intensity, scaled to the individual.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private classes are available for those who want smaller class sizes and more personalized attention. Offered multiple times a day, these classes are specifically tailored to the members enrolled. This membership includes FREE InBody machine body composition testing andQuarterly Goal Meetings with a coach.

Our eight-week barbell courses are a unique design based on the educational principle of “spiraling,’ with each course focusing on a specific lift. We start by building a strong foundation then continually reinforce the basics as we build in complexity and weight. This prevents the development of injuries and bad habits while showing big GAINS!
