It’s May! Spring is almost over and Summer is on its way!
Let’s start with the best news! Congratulations to John and Maria on the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Madeline! We are so happy for your family!
We’ve been working on fine tuning and improving the systems at the gym to make it more convenient for everyone on #teamtylers! This includes looking for a more efficient class reservation and billing system. We may be upgrading ours in the next month and will give you information about that changes when it happens.
Weekend Warrior Classes!
We are changing our Saturday workout name from “Sweaty Saturday” to “Weekend Warrior” class! We have added a Saturday-only to our membership plans too. For only $79 a month, your friends and family can join you in fun group workouts at 9:30am every Saturday! Talk to Tyler to get someone added to #teamtylers as a Weekend Warrior!
We will have a special Memorial Day workout on May 28th! Join in the fun for a team workout at 11:30am! We will be doing a modified version of the “Murph” workout which honors Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This workout was one of his favorites and is now named after him. Thousands of people do this workout every year on Memorial Day, so let’s join in and honor this hero!
